Formerly Kaiseki Yoshiyuki, rebranded YOSHI is helmed by chef Yoshiyuki Kashiwabara— formerly the personal chef to various Japanese ambassadors. Stylish kappostyle cuisine is served here. Pick from a seasonal omakase menu or three themed menus, one of which is the maguro menu, showcasing tuna from Tsukiji’s famous tuna supplier Yukitaka Yamaguchi, or the ‘Tuna King’. A popular dish is shoji, perfectly grilled tuna with fluffy Japanese rice. For the full experience, opt for the Yoshi omakase, a nine-course experience of traditional kappo cuisine.
