Xi Yan Private Dining

One of Singapore’s first private dining experiences, Xi Yan is located on the second floor of a charming shophouse along Craig Road. Its humble façade belies the culinary delights that await within. Founded by Hong Kong celebrity chef Jacky Wu, Xi Yan pushes the boundaries of Chinese cuisine with artful presentations.

The menu changes weekly, though a few signatures remain constant. These include greenhouse tomatoes served with a sesame and wasabi dressing, and fresh garoupa sliced such that the meat fans out on the plate in a painterly fashion. It is served with a tart lemongrass and kumquat sauce that nudges the palate awake.
