Come early in the evenings to watch the sun go down and enjoy the cool nighttime sea breeze over a drink or two. Then kick off the meal with honey sriracha wings that are hot and piquant, before moving on to mains like pan-seared salmon—happily, still lush and coral-hued in the centre— topped with anchovy butter. The slow-roasted pork belly is also delectable, with meltingly tender flesh and crisp, snappy crackling. The accompanying apple sauce helps to cut through its richness nicely, while an onion sambal provides an interesting spicy kick.
