Wolfgang’s Steakhouse by Wolfgang Zwiener opened its much anticipated Singapore restaurant at the Intercontinental Hotel on Robertson Quay in 2017. The restaurant exudes a New York vibe, with walnut wood floors, wood-panelled walls and a solid mahogany bar reflecting the city of its origin. The steakhouse only uses the much vaunted USDA prime grade black Angus beef, which they dry age onsite for 28 days. The signature porterhouse cut, nicely seasoned and grilled, is tender, juicy and packed with robust flavours.
