Peruvian cuisine is rare in Singapore. This vibrant cevicheria is not only a window to Peruvian food, but to its unique history too. In the colourful dining room, sample authentic ceviche, raw fish in lime and spices, and tapas like octopus with black olive mayo, chimichurri and crispy garlic. Tiradito, or salmon dressed in mirin, lime, sesame oil and wasabi mayo, is a delectable reflection of the Japanese diaspora in Peru. Don’t forget the hearty Peruvian paella of chewy bomba rice cooked with fish, clams and pork sausage, and flavoured with aji amarillo (a Peruvian chilli mix) butter.
