This longstanding Cantonese restaurant has an old-world charm and a firm handle on dim sum. Winning morsels, they include light, crisp baked barbecued pork buns with charcoal flaky skin, steamed prawn dumplings with trio caviar, and crisp, crumbly mini egg tarts. On the main menu, donât miss the signature tea smoked duck which is aromatic, moist and tender to the bite. Also worth having are lobster broth served in mini pumpkin, braised sea perch with black truffle and mushrooms, and deep-fried pork ribs with plum sauce. End with steamed yam paste with pumpkin and gingko nuts, or lemongrass jelly with osmanthus.
