2018 Review
Housed in a conserved chapel from the 1930s, The White Rabbit is beautiful with stained-glass windows and lofty pitched ceilings. Head chef Benjamin Tan serves modern European flavours in a concise, well-executed menu.
To start, order the classic lobster bisque and Rangers Valley carpaccio, before moving on to the Alaskan king crab tagliatelle or 36-hour Brandt short ribs with ruby port glaze. We take particular note of their tableside service perfect for that prized Insta- worthy moment, if that tickles your fancy. For this, order the crêpes suzette dessert, or the signature Dover sole Meunière and mâche salad for your main coursethe latter of which we highly recommend even if social media isn’t exactly your cup of tea.
