Located at One Fullerton, this seafood restaurant serves modern American cuisine with a fantastic view. Guests can choose to sit in the al fresco area to enjoy the nightly Marina Bay Sands light show or cosy up in the air-conditioned comforts of the indoor dining room.
Foodwise, both the prawn cocktail salad and old-fashioned crab cakes are highly recommended as starters, and rightfully so. The former is served in a martini glass and features a fresh summery salad crowned with crunchy prawns and topped with a delicious Marie Rose sauce. The crab cakes are packed with a generous mound of crabmeat and paired with a delightfully tangy dip that highlights the crustacean’s natural flavours. The accompanying slaw provides a nice, bright counterpoint to it all.
Seafood lovers should go for The Pelican Platter, which is a sumptuous spread of steamed whole lobsters, crabs, prawns, mussels, raw oysters and clams. For mains, the signature snapper pie is a hot favourite. It is filled with perfectly cooked fish encased in flaky pastry and served with a creamy asparagus and mushroom sauce. Meanwhile, the clam linguine is great value for money, as it comes chock full of the fresh bivalves.
The wine list is extensive and the service staff attentive, which make for an enjoyable dining experience.
