The Line is practically synonymous with fine hotel buffets in Singapore. This more-than-a-decade-old establishment serves one of the widest buffets available, with about 16 stations turning out a variety of cuisines.

The seafood on ice station is perhaps the most popular of them all, heaving with the likes of lobster tails, crab claws, mussels and clams. Meat lovers typically make a beeline for the carvery and roast meat station, which dishes out a selection that includes lamb rack, roast chicken, and 200-day grain-fed beef striploin. The Asian stations include Indian, Chinese, and of course, Singaporean favourites. Meanwhile, the dessert station is a veritable candy land of pastries, ice creams, cakes, and crepes made a la minute.

An all-day dining a la carte menu is also available, featuring Singapore heritage fare and popular international classics.
