The historic Clifford Pier Restaurant pays homage to the city’s hawker culture and serves up local favourites in an opulent setting. The grand lobby is visually stunning and the surrounding view is awesome. Come for their afternoon tea or dinner. From the Heritage Weekend Buffet Dinner, the fragrant Hainanese chicken rice with succulent steamed chicken is a musttry, along with its ginger chilli dip. From the carvery are good roast meats including herb-marinated ribeye which is tender and well-seasoned, and pork belly which entices with crispy skin, soft lean meat and just enough fat for a perfect bite.
