Go for the premium wagyu buffet offering 100 minutes’ worth of unlimited appetisers, sashimi, meat, poultry, seafood and desserts. Alternatively, the more restrained Miyazaki beef set offers four gorgeously marbled cuts of beef, vegetables for grilling, sides of tempura, sashimi, silky chawanmushi, fragrant garlic fried rice and chilled silken tofu. While the side dishes are decent, the melt-in-your-mouth beef more than makes up for anything that’s lacking.
