This upscale restaurant and bar serves mod-European fare in elegant interiors, naturally lit through floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Peranakan-inspired motifs feature and a large wooden communal table connects the bar and the main dining room.

Here, expect elegantly plated dishes ranging from light starters and Josper-grilled mains to cheese platters and an attractive dessert trolley. Likewise, the bar complements the food with a well-curated selection of premium European wines, craft beers and bespoke cocktails with Asian touches.

Start with the refreshing raw scallops with cucumber, red onion and salmon roe, and roasted asparagus with a perfectly wobbly 62°C poached egg. Carnivorous appetites have a large selection of Josper-grilled meats to indulge in, including grain-fed ribeye and Iberico pork rack chop. Then there are pastas and risotto, such as the Carnaroli risotto with cauliflower cream served with thinly sliced Chinese-style smoked duck and rich bites of foie gras. Seafood here is also excellently done, like the perfectly seared pan-roasted barramundi with a flavourful tomato gravy and creamy buratta topped with tender eggplant.

Satisfy the sweet-tooth with a Grand Marnier or Valrhona chocolate soufflé, or choose any of the offerings from the dessert trolley, each priced at $14. The three-cheese selection served with picos crackers and plum jelly is equally satisfying.

Worth noting, from Mondays to Fridays, the restaurant offers three- and four-course lunch sets from $42, as well as daily five-course degustation set dinners at $88 per person.
