Located at Level 3 of the Fairmont Singapore, Szechuan Court exudes classic Oriental charm. Although the space is large, there is a cosy feel here, no doubt due to the good and welcoming service. Sichuan Court’s signature dishes are drawn from its forte in Sichuan and Cantonese cuisine. The Zhong Qing fried diced chicken with dried chilli, peppercorn and roasted peanuts is a tongue-tingling and flavoursome dish; the chicken is wonderfully crisp on the outside and tender inside. Another recommendation is the sweet and sour pork which balances the dish’s robust flavours delectably.
