Super Loco is a vibrant and buzzy Mexican restaurant right on the water’s edge at Robertson Quay. The kitchen serves up a wide selection of authentic dishes with their own modern approach. You will find tostadas, ceviches, tacos, quesadillas, along with family-style dishes and fantastic desserts. The Baja taco is a crowd favourite, with a crispy fish fillet topped with chipotle mango salsa on a soft corn tortilla.

Another taco for the more adventurous is the cachete y lengua, which translates as ‘tongue and cheek’. Indeed, it comes filled with ox tongue and cheek, pickled slaw and extra spicy ghost chilli mayo. The bar, meanwhile, serves up the best Margaritas this side of the border, along with many classic and modern cocktails.

The weekend brunch is particularly popular, as guests come for favourites like the huevos rancheros and breakfast burritos. For something a little lighter, look to healthier options such as the chia pod-er and salmon tostada and wash it down with smoothies.
