2018 Review
The Summerhouse continues to draw diners with its idyllic location and excellent modern European cuisine. To celebrate its first anniversary, the establishment unveiled a few lovely transformations, offering diners ever more enchanting experiences.
Among them are enhancements to The Summerhouse Dining Room, Wildseed Café, Wildseed Garden Bar and The Summerhouse Cellar Door. And then there are the much-talked- about Summerhouse Garden Domes that see guests dining under air-conditioned domes amongst the greenery.
In tandem, the culinary team has updated their menus, which are tailored to each conceptÂs unique experience.
The cuisine at The Summerhouse Dining Room continues to explore the farm-to-table theme it started out with, featuring dishes designed for sharing and produce sourced from a collective of Singaporean and Malaysian farms, as well as a Singaporean kelong.
At dinner, try the free-range egg creations prepared with Freedom Range Co. Eggs from Johor and seafood creations such as grilled prawns wrapped in lardo, smoked butter poached red snapper fillet, and charcoal-grilled slipper lobster featuring seafood from Seafood Culture in Singapore. Alternatively, try meatier options such as the wood-fired free-range poulet featuring chicken from Toh Thye San Farm.
