In celebration of Singapore’s 53rd year, The Clifford Pier will be paying homage to the vibrant flavours of our sunny nation with a New Ubin Seafood x The Clifford Pier collaboration menu throughout the entire month of August! Diners can look forward to dishes like egg foie gras, an indulgent yet delicate combination of soft-boiled egg with truffle soy dressing and fresh truffle shavings; pan-seared seabass with tangy chinchalok sambal petai; smoked pork curry with steamed rice; perfectly cooked Black Angus steak with deliciously rich heart attack fried rice; and an exclusive The Pier hokkien mee, boasting hearty slices of liver and crispy pork lard.

Winners will be treated to a special 3-course lunch menu for two, with 1 complimentary drink, plus coffee/tea and dessert, each!
