Those eschewing meat might consider the mushroom and garlic pizza, which comes with a thin, crisp crust juxtaposed against earthy, succulent mushrooms perfumed with truffle oil. There is also a selection of pastas on offer, such as prawn aglio olio showered with garlic and spiked with chilli. Chase those flavours with the classic chocolate fondant cake that is worth its 15-minute wait. Served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, it is hot, cold, gooey and all-around scrumptious. While there are plenty of tipples on offer, what is worth a gander is the refreshing sQue passion, a lovely concoction of passion fruit puree, sparkling water and lemongrass syrup. On a sweltering day, this totally hits the spot.
