A contemporary trattoria by the Il Lido Group, SONS serves Italian cuisine alongside a good selection of spirits, cocktails and wines. We recommend the delicious codfish cakes with sea urchin sabayon, baked eggplant parmigiana, and the salami platter prepared in SONS’ custom-built curing room. Artisanal pastas are also made in-house. The casarecce with truffle pesto and porcini mushrooms is earthy and satisfying; while the tagliatelle with duck ragu and foie gras, and the spaghetti with sea urchin cabonara tantalises with richer flavours. Another highlight is the grilled whole seabass for sharing. End with the tangy mango and calamansi cheesecake and banana chocolate cake.
