Executive chef Wong Shea Nung and dim sum chef Leung Chi Man serve up some excellent eats at Song Garden. Go for the stir-fried carrot cake with chilli sauce, which is richly perfumed with the breath of the wok; or the deep-fried charcoal chilli crab puff that is light, flaky and deliciously fragrant.

The braised lobster with pumpkin puree proves a flavourful, nourishing dish, while the Hong Kong-style steamed cod hits all the right notes with its melt-in-the mouth texture and moreish sauce.
