Sluviche gets its name from the words ‘slushie’ and ‘ceviche’. No surprise then that those are exactly what it offers. The menu is small and the ideas behind the dishes clever.

Oyster lovers should start with the warm oysters served simply with a rich dash of kombu. The menu’s dark horse must be the delicious stuffed peppers with walnut sauce and mushrooms. Of course, a slushie is de rigueur here.

Choose the Pisco Punch (made with Pisco, pineapple and lime) or the Pisco sour (with just Pisco and lemon).
