Shabuya and Shochu Bar

Located at VivoCity just along the waterfront, Shabuya Shabu-Shabu offers a variety of meats and vegetables for a Japanese-style hotpot. Choose from four soup bases—creamy tonkatsu (pork bone), shoyu (light soy), miso dashi, and spicy chilli—then help yourselves to vegetables such as sweet corn, yam, pumpkin, cabbage and enoki mushroom.

Favourites from the menu include finely sliced American wagyu short ribs and rib eye. Blanch these fine offerings in your hotpot for a few seconds and savour their buttery flavour and melt-in-your-mouth texture. Follow with a serving of Kurobuta pork loin and collar. Sides include a platter of sashimi, tempura, chilled kimchi and spicy beansprouts. Sets such as the Japanese Miyazaki beef set lets diners sample the best the restaurant has to offer, including Miyazaki ribeye and chuck roll, and Kurobuta pork belly.
