Sessions is a multi-concept restaurant serving desserts and seafood. Crab is the main focus here. Have the red chilli crab, an iconic local dish cooked with a tangy-spicy sauce leaning to the sweeter side, and served with mantou. The fork-tender barbecue pork ribs is also good, generously slathered with a sweet-smoky barbecue sauce. Adjourn to Sweet Sessions, the dessert section of the restaurant, and dive into Asian bingsu, an over-the-top but awfully delicious treat of shaved frozen milk, fruits and Thai milk tea cream.
