On the 45th floor, Sear Steakhouse boasts a great view of the city skyline, particularly from its al fresco area. Starters consist of scallop ceviche delicately flavoured with nori vinaigrette, and Maine lobster whose sweet freshness is worth the 30-minute wait. The rich sher ribeye is a highlight, and sides of creamed spinach and brussels sprouts would satisfy even the most vegetableadverse diner. The Maple Leaf duck breast is served with baked pumpkin and flavourful duck jus vinaigrette, while the frozen chocolate mousse makes a magnificent end to the meal with tangy sea buckthorn coulis, salted caramel ice cream, honeycomb and luscious, warm chocolate sauce.
