Take the lift —located near OUE Downtown Gallery’s concierge desk— up to the seventh floor and you’ll be far from the madding crowd as you settle into the restaurant’s hushed surrounds, appointed in understated greys and lavenders.

    Expect to find a range of salads, snacks, gourmet sandwiches, pastas and grilled meats on the menu. You can’t go wrong with items such as seafood aglio olio served with generous morsels of prawn, squid and mussels; pan-seared salmon; or Australian ribeye steak. Also have a look at the selection of executive chef Dickson Fung’s signature dishes where you’ll find gems like wagyu beef burger with pan-fried foie gras. This tasty, robust offering is packed with lovely contrasting flavours: foie gras, cheese and fig jam.

    Alternatively, go for the salted egg cod fish and chips, where fresh cod is lightly battered and fried to a golden crisp, then drizzled with a salted egg yolk sauce that is flavourful and not cloying. For dessert, choose from a selection of classic favourites the likes of gelato sundaes and cheesecakes.
