Start with a basket of tortilla chips with salsa or the 7 Layer Party Dip comprising a free flow of chips with Mexican refried beans, guacamole,cheese and pico de gallo. Then order a full slab of tender baby back ribs with home-style fries and salad. There is also a variety of steaks on offer,ranging from T-bone and ribeye to fillet mignon wrapped in bacon, which are grilled on an open flame and served with black pepper or mushroomgravy.
