Salt Tapas & Bar is an extension of Australian chef Luke Mangan’s Salt Grill & Sky Bar. As its name implies, it serves tapas in a casual, part al fresco setting, making it a great venue for a midday refuel or post-work soiree.

Try the deliciously unique salmon sashimi served with Persian feta and ginger shallot dressing, or the roasted prawns with chorizo, burnt butter, hazelnuts, lemon and parsley. Indeed, the flavour combinations here are as unexpected as they are delectable.
