Redpan

A collaboration between renowned homegrown architecture firm DP Architects and local F&B company GRUB, Redpan is a celebration of local design with custommade wooden panels and intricate elements like a bespoke hanging glass feature. Foodwise, expect an equally innovative modern Asian menu. Start with truffle floss fries, rojak salad and pork pops. Extremely addictive, the crisp fries are drizzled with truffle aioli and topped with a generous flurry of chicken floss. The rojak salad sees amix of cucumber, pineapple and turnip tossed in hei kor (fermented shrimp paste) mayonnaise, while pork pops—little morsels of golden brown pork belly—are served with a side of tangy mango sauce.

Italian pasta is given a Singaporean twist here, with delightful renditions such as bak chor foie gras pasta. Even desserts get a local flavour—the teh halia crème brûlée is infused with ginger and tea, while Banana Donuts Milo Dinosaur sees fluffy donuts drizzled with condensed milk and sprinkled with milo crumbs and hazelnuts.
