Nestled in Changi Business Park, Ras Bites is a hidden gem serving authentic North Indian cuisine. Decorated in minimalist traditional style, the food served here does not disappoint, whether it is from the weekday lunch and dinner buffets or from the extensive a la carte selections.

A mixed grill platter from the tandoor section comes highly recommended. It comprises flavour-packed sizzling morsels of minced kebabs, and fish and chicken tikka served on a hot plate. Both the prawn vindaloo and butter chicken are imbued with robust flavours that just beg to be mopped up with plain or butter naan. There are also less traditional naan options including garlic and cheese.

If there’s room left for desserts, do not miss the homemade Indian ice cream, particularly the lychee-flavoured one.
