Enjoy appetizers like dahi ke kababs or pan-fried, spiced curd-and-gram flour balls, and main courses like buttery murgh makhani, charcoalgrilled boneless chicken in an onion, tomato and cashew gravy, and flaky Patiala shahi machchi, a fish delicacy with hints of coconut, tempered with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
