Modelled after the black-and-white colonial bungalows of old, PS.Cafe Raffles City promises a classy affair with good, contemporary Western cuisine. Their truffle shoestring fries are what perfect fries should be—hot, crisp and generously sprinkled with parmesan cheese. A meal in itself, the superfood salad has everything from blueberries to quinoa and broccoli, while the mushroom and fennel sausage conchiglie is lovely, with grilled pork sausage and a lingering spiciness. But desserts are the most decadent. Have the sticky date with toffee sauce and chocolate blackout cake doused in their respective sauces.
