Creamy Hokkaido sea urchin adds complexity and sophistication to the dish. For rice lovers, the mushroom risotto comes highly recommended. Cooked just right, the rice is coated in velvety, porcini-infused cream, resulting in a rustic, comforting dish.

Carry the classic Italian favourites to the end with tiramisu. The ratio of mascarpone to coffee-soaked ladyfingers is just right, rounding up the meal on a high note.
