On the ground floor of the Warehouse Hotel lies Po, a uniquely Singaporean restaurant offering local delights done well using the freshest ingredients. Start with popiah which you get to assemble to your liking. Then on to the refreshing barramundi salad which showcases locally farmed barramundi with ginger flowers and a chilli fish sauce dressing, and Carabinero prawns and konbu mee, a dry twist on the local prawn mee with pork belly, sakura ebi and crisp lardon. Other crowd pleasers include satay and beef rendang. Po has an extensive wine and beverage list from the adjacent bar. Resembling a home kitchen, this is a perfect venue for gatherings with overseas friends and business associates.
