Signature dishes unique to Peony Jade include double-boiled chicken consommé with black garlic served in individual teapots, and steamed red garoupa with asparagus and shaved black truffles. The restaurant does an exceptional rose-scented honey-glazed barbecue pork that is as tender as it is aromatic. Other delectable meats include a fragrant Szechuan camphor wood-smoked duck wrapped in tea leaves, a steamed kampong chicken in premium dark soy sauce and an incredibly tender US prime pork tenderloin sautéed in XO sauce.
Peony Jade also offers a lunch dim sum menu and a chef’s special Chinese omakase that includes off-the-menu items that can be pre-ordered.
