The food menu focuses on surf and turf, with staples that are done well enough, and an extensive drink list. Jump straight for the lobster burger whose sweetness is complemented by the savoury umami of bacon and cheese; and the grilled seafood platter, which includes a whole barramundi, mussels, squid and tiger prawns. The barramundi, simply but competently done, stands out. While for dessert, go for the perfectly caramelised burnt butter banana.
