For a wine bar, Park90 has a respectable selection of hearty dishes that make up a meal. The oven-baked focaccia with robbiola cheese and summer truffles is intensely aromatic and savoury. Its signature Hokkien mee, and deceptively simple brown rice with crab meat conpoy and egg white also stands out. But the star attraction is the robust selection of wines. The quality of house wines, including Charles Heidsieck “Brut Reserve” Champagne, is laudable, and Coravin service allows for premium labels by the glass at one-sixth of the bottle price. Impressively knowledgeable sommeliers crown the entire experience.
