Tuck each wrap into purple lettuce cups with rice noodles, before dipping into a sweet and savoury fish sauce for a piquant mouthful. From the Mekong River come dishes like crispy sea bass with rice noodles, herbs and tangy tamarind sauce; and signature spring chicken, grilled to a juicy succulence, wrapped in rice paper and fresh herbs.
From the phở selection, have the classic beef phở, featuring fragrant bone broth with thinly sliced rare beef over rice noodles, aromatic with herbs; Hue’s popular bún bò huế, a spicy, slow-cooked rice noodle soup with tender, thickly sliced beef; and Da Nang’s mì quảng đà nẳng, a rich turmeric-infused broth with rice noodles, sliced beef, prawns and even more herbs.
