In its earlier days at Bukit Pasoh, OSO Ristorante had garnered a loyal following for its dependable Italian fare. After moving to its current location at Oasia Hotel Downtown in Tanjong Pagar two years ago, it continues to lure diners with its brand of authentic Italian fare both traditional and contemporary.
Menu selections reflect chef Diego Chiarini’s versatile repertoire of culinary renditions. The pecorino seared black truffle cheese and slow cooked pear tantalises with a range of flavours and sensations. At its grillery, OSO uses an oakwood-fired oven to grill its meats to tender perfection. Its charming classical ambience is a bonus.
