An exciting addition to the Keong Saik enclave, Olivia— by chef Alain Devahive, formerly of Catalunya and El Bulli— delivers modern renditions of quintessentially Spanish classics with aplomb. Croquettes, Spanish omelette and beautifully grilled Carabinero prawns spiked with chilli and garlic shine, thanks to the use of quality produce. Other must-tries: roasted meat canelon with veal, foie gras and chicken with a delicate potato foam; the octopus grilled just tender enough to eat with a spoon; and of course, the signature homemade cheesecake, a silky, wobbly confection beautifully laced with blue cheese. The service is friendly, casual but impeccable.
