Conveniently located at the lobby of Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 3, NUDE Seafood provides all-day dining options from quick-fix lunch to Friday night revelry. The contemporary European restaurant with strong Asian influences began with a mission to put up (nu)tritious, (de)licious seafood, hence its name, NUDE Seafood.

These days, the name signifies its commitment to using fresh ingredients which they cook “simply, transparently, nude”. Its breakfast menu features made-to-order options and rustic wholesome favourites. On its fresh-casual lunch menu, find quick-serve one-dish meals fordine-in or takeaway. Wholesome choices include hickory-smoked salmon with forbidden grains and purple cabbage, or a kaisen-don with yuzukosho sashimi swordfish belly, sashimi ocean trout, negi toro, and ikuraon Niigata rice.

The restaurant has also recently upped its game with a four-course communal dining dinner menu comprising starters, mains, matcha ramen and dessert. On their extensive menu, find moreish starters like baby squid seasoned with preserved beancurd marinade, served withJapanese purple sweet potato, cuttlefish ink pepper sauce and basil oil, and wild-caught angkar prawns with lemongrass relish, charred jalapeno and pickled papaya.

Among the generously portioned mains, try barramundi with duck sausage, eggplant, tempura French beans and asparagus, and flower grouper in a smoked mushroom duck broth. Drinks like Japanese craft beers and a range of wines sourced from Berry Bros. & Rudd make for delicious pairings.
