At Asian fusion restaurant MORSELS, chef-owner Petrina Loh serves dishes inspired by her childhood and travels. Dining at this rustic-chic 40-seater is a fun and delicious affair, with every dish offering a good balance of flavours. Loh achieves this by using sauces, pickles and preserved items, all made from scratch. Her signature dishes are steamed venus clams, ume sake-braised short rib, and firecracker pulled pork pasta.
