MO BAR takes you on a visually stunning and flavourful celebration of Southeast Asia’s vibrant ingredients through their exotic cocktails and delicious bites.

Every beautiful detail in decor elevates the experience, with the menu brilliantly designed and exceptionally well thought out. From lightest to booziest, each cocktail is showcased through stories, and gorgeously presented.

Nana Motu, featuring an exquisite pineapple brew blended with five-spiced rum, is a favourite. Tasting like a perfectly spiced pineapple tart with a good hit of rum, it is served with toasted coconut chips to invoke the island experience. For drinks on the sweeter side, Mother of Dragons is the stunner you’re looking for with a well-balanced mix of strawberry, aloe vera and ‘dragon’ cachaça, decorated with a striking dragon art piece that’ll inspire your next Instagram post—if everything else has not already.

For nibbles, go for the Singdog, featuring a Nyonya spiced sausage with achar and sambal mayo, served in a New England-style buttered and toasted bun; or the elegant somen noodles with fresh Tasmanian crab meat, shallot vinegar, chives, crab roe and an enchanting garnish of flower petals.
