True to its contemporary Cantonese credentials, the spacious interior of Mitzo is modern and intimate, highlighting the surrounding glass art with spotlights playfully refracting soft hues of blue and purple. A meal here is especially delightful for one exceptional dish, the signature Mitzo Special Barbecued Pork. Each rich morsel is utterly delectable, boasting a well-caramelised crust with crisp crackle just like crème brulee.
Follow that up with dishes such as the Black Truffle Crispy Roast Duck, mildly redolent of the prized mushroom, or Roasted Coffee Pork Neck served with Crispy Beancurd Skin and Chinese Pancake – a special, limited to merely two servings a day, so be advised to book in advance. Among the dim sum selections, go for the beautifully plated Mitzo Premium Steamed Dim Sum Platter, featuring Royal Shrimp Dumpling with Caviar, Shrimp and Pork Dumpling with Baby Abalone, and Steamed Dumpling with Shrimp, Scallop and Sea Urchin.
