Start with the incredibly fresh oysters and cold seafood such as prawns, crab, clams, mussels and lobsters with a number of tangy and spicy sauces. Savoury must-haves come from the tandoori selection tempting with flavourful, gorgeously charred yet tender meats and hot fluffy naan. Alongside are a range of curries and spiced gravies to accompany. Head to the roasts and get some slow-roasted Australian beef—some of the juiciest, most flavourful roasts found yet in a buffet line-up.
Then if you’re almost full, beeline it to the delectable desserts and sweets station where decadent Valrhona chocolate takes centrestage with a fabulous chocolate fountain and playful dippers, housemade gourmet chocolates, truffles and chocolate bark, as well as a huge variety of cakes. Be sure to grab a slice of their signature The Melt chocolate cake, featuring rich chocolate mousse and layers of moist chocolate cake, coated in dark chocolate ganache—this favourite goes fast!
Not to be missed is their spectacular Sunday Brunch which also features a selection of fine European charcuterie, an egg station churning out lobster and tomato omelettes and scrambled egg with freshly shaved black truffle, blow-torched Limestone wagyu on Himalayan salt stone, pan-seared foie gras and viennoiseries by award-winning pastry chefs.
