Melt Café

Floor-to-ceiling windows and contemporary furnishing make for an inviting atmosphere at Melt Café. Add in the mind-boggling buffet of delicious international dishes and stellar service, and it all adds up to a winner in our books.

Start with the swimmingly fresh seafood on ice, featuring the likes of freshly shucked oysters, king crabs, lobsters and more. The Western station is another popular pit stop here, with its classic offerings such as salmon Wellington and seared duck breast. Over at the pasta counter, freshly cooked pasta are paired with a choice of mouthwatering homemade sauces. The Indian station, meanwhile, is popular for its chicken tikka masala and tandoori meats. Be sure to pick up a pillowy naan or two to mop up the beautifully scented sauces. To end the meal, head first for the cheese station, with choices that run the gamut from classic comte to cumin-flavoured gouda. Then belly up to the waffle counter and make like a child amidst all the sweet toppings.

On Fridays and Saturdays, Melt Café offers a special barbecue grill selection, which features choice meats and prime cuts including some excellent smoke-kissed lamb chops cooked to a dusky pink centre. For Sunday brunch, there is a special foie gras station and a free-flow of Ruinart champagne to help wash it all down.
