MaguroDonya Miuramisakikou Sushi & Dining is part of the Eat at Seven dining concept at Suntec City, which comprises seven Japanese specialty concepts. Each highlights a different cooking style or ingredient. At specialty tuna restaurant Maguro-Donya, look forward to top quality maguro tuna including choice cuts of hon maguro sashimi: otoro (belly), chutoro (bottom loin), akami (top loin), kamatoro (cheek), as well as the hon maguro kamayaki— bluefin maguro collar—grilled to perfection, boasting moist, sweet flesh. Other sashimi such as salmon, swordfish and yellowfin, flown in from Misaki Port in Miura, Kanagawa Prefecture are also served.
