    Conceptualised more than 80 years ago, Lawry’s The Prime Rib is a classic that has stood the test of time with its old school glamour, exemplary service and hearty servings of good old American prime rib roast.

    Here, the prime rib is aged for at least 21 days and then slow-roasted to tender, juicy perfection, before being carved tableside from Lawry’s signature silver cart once you’ve picked your portion-size. For the hearty appetites, go for the extrathick “Diamond Jim Brady” Cut (450g).

    Each prime rib dinner includes buttery mashed potatoes with whipped cream horseradish, Yorkshire pudding and a serving of the theatrical Spinning Bowl Salad. This comprises a simple salad drizzled in a creamy house dressing, while being whimsically spun in a salad bowl set over ice.

    Aside from the meaty star of the show, get some starters too, like the pan-seared goose foie gras served with a red wine raisin sauce, or traditional lump crab cakes, generously plump with fresh, sweet crabmeat. For sides, go classic with the creamed spinach and creamed corn for the ultimate Lawry’s experience.
