This rooftop restaurant spills out onto the outdoor patio, affording guests a stunning 360-degree view of the island. The portions here are generous, so best to come with a group.

The restaurant does its Italian roots proud with an exceptional burrata served with cherry tomatoes tossed in pesto and its signature meatballs, alongside well- executed pizzas, pastas and grill staples. Try the rack of lamb, which is deliciously citrusy and requires little else to go with.

The 20-layer chocolate cake with peanut butter is tempting but again, order it to share. This doorstop- sized wedge comprises layers of peanut butter and mascarpone, and fluffy devil’s food cake. Consider yourselves warned.
