Located within the elegant St. Regis Singapore, LaBrezza offers poolside dining with a view of its charming open kitchen. The selection of Italian dishes here is delightful, with offerings like a swimmingly fresh seafood salad served on a bed of zucchini, baby carrots and asparagus tips kissed with lemon zest, and Sardinian mussels in a warm, hearty broth.

The crisp breaded veal chops are excellent, accompanied by buttered Kipfler potatoes and shaved parmigiana. Meanwhile homemade pastas, particularly the tagliatelle with duck leg ragout, smoked duck breast and pan-seared foie gras, are irresistible.

Try the warm pistachio tart served with hazelnut cream and poached pear filling, as well as the tiramisu. Both desserts are homely yet indulgent. The restaurant also offers a five- and seven-course degustation menu, with a choice of wine pairings.
