Part of the Les Amis group, Spanish restaurant La Tapería entices with its low-lit, masculine interiors, and thoughtfully balanced menu. To start, order the cold piquillo pepper stuffed with tuna and anchovy remoulade, and warm tapas including the flavourful huevos estrellados with Iberico chorizo, piquillo peppers, mushrooms and potato, and the tender charcoal-grilled lamb rib confit with honey mustard. For mains, the succulent, buttery lobster paella with saffron, runner beans and tomato is divine. Complement this with a cocktail or a glass of Spanish wine from their extensive wine list, and end with perfectly fried, fluffy churros with chocolate.
