Diners are spoilt for choice with the extensive menu of cold and warm tapas, and sizzling Spanish treats. There is also a wonderful collection of wines stored in gorgeous glass cabinets in the centre of the restaurant.
Start with the mushrooms sautéed in Champagne and served with jamon Serrano and a soft organic egg in a cocotte. Then move on to the paella de bogavante rice flavoured with saffron, runner beans and tomatoes, topped with a butter-grilled lobster. The chilled dark chocolate marquise with almond praline makes for a great ending.
